Bottling Thai Terroir
From the First Thai-Owned Sake to International Craft Beverages

We don't believe in boundaries. SEII (誠意) started with a wild ambition to challenge tradition by brewing the first Thai-owned craft sake. Today, that same rebellious spirit drives our entire lineup of international craft beverages — from our hand-picking wild plums Umeshu and local citrus liqueurs to our independent gin.
Every bottle is a liquid map of Thailand, capturing the true essence of local terroir. We respect the material, partner with independent local farmers, and translate raw ingredients into an elevated, sensory experience.
Taste SEII, taste a sip of sincerity.

ROOTS &
COMMUNITIES
We partner directly with independent farmers who safeguard Thailand's upstream forests. No middlemen, just fair prices directly to the local guardians. Because they protect the land, they give us the purest, organic ingredients.
For SEII, sustainability isn't a marketing buzzword; it's a living relationship.

THAI LOCAL WISDOM
Innovation is nothing without heritage. Our fermentation relies on traditional Look Pang, infused with Thai herbs and wild yeast, crafted by Por Sawat Uphat, a revered folk-liquor master from Khon Kaen.
We balance our brewing water naturally with organic rose petals, applying ancient Thai medicine to the international glass.

RESPONSIBLE
& SUSTAINABLE
Committed to a greener earth for generations to come, SEII will be donating 5% of all bottle sale profits to sustainability initiatives.
